Refund Policy

What is the process of refund for my returned product and how long it will take?

We fully honor our commitment to our customers so we provide this easy refund policy.

• The whole journey of starting from your order placing to refund will take anywhere between 15 and 18 days.
• First we will collect the return from your premises within 3 or 4 days after you have placed the return request with us
• Returned articles will take from 7 to 10 days to reach our designated warehouse
• After we receive the return order we will put it through necessary quality checks to ensure the product is not in any way damaged or tampered with. Once done, we will issue the payment order. A refund confirmation mail will be sent to your email address and it will take 5 to 7 days for the processed refund amount to be credited in to your bank account.
• If any discrepancy regarding refund we at our lone discretion may request you to send a screen shot of your bank statement, which would clarify the refund or non-refund.
