By placing an order for our products, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. ORDERS.  All products are subject to availability. Order Placement. We make every effort to maintain the availability of our site. However, should we experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Limited Quantity. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock of an item. In these instances, your order for that item will be canceled and you will be notified by a member of our customer service team. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Shipping. Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of one to two business days if the merchandise is in stock. Orders will be shipped the next business day if order is placed by 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12pm EST may take up to two business days for order processing. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout. The shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization. 

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS.  Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy listed on the bottom of the order form, shopping cart, receipt, and packing slip.  All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.  

TERMS OF SALE:  All returns must be made within 5 DAYS of delivery date and goods can only be accepted in its ORIGINAL condition. All returns requests must be submitted by email to Info@AFFORABLESHOPPINGS.COM, to be issues official ra#. returned boxes without ra# cannot be accepted. shipping and handling costs apply.  Once your return is received, you will receive an email NOTIFICATION with a return form to process the refund or exchange.  All orders are subjected to a 10% restocking free. Shipping costs apply on all exchanges and returns and are the responsibility of the customer.  AFFORABLESHOPPINGS.COM PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS AND DISCOUNTED / SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.  

PRICING.  All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. 

PAYMENT TERMS.  Terms of payment are within our sole discretion. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Accepted Payment. We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay. You represent and warrant that (a) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (b) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (c) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any. Credit Card Charges. Your credit card will not be charged until we have (a) verified your credit card information, (b) received credit authorization, (c) confirmed stock availability, and (d) prepared your order for shipping. After we have completed our internal process, we will notify you when your order is ready for shipping and your credit card will be charged.
