Cancellation Policy

If you wish you can cancel your orders through our website, App or our mobile site till it is packed at our warehouse. Cancellation items could also include goods bought on sale. The amount you have paid for the items will be credited in to your account using the same mode of payment you opted for.

Can I change shipping destination after the order has been placed?

No, you cannot change or alter the details of your order yourself on Affordable Shoppings. If you have any change in the shipping address you should get in touch with our customer care at info@affordableshoppings.com. In case the order has already been packed at the warehouse, please note the address cannot be changed.

How to cancel order at Affordable Shoppings?

First you need to get into your Affordable Shoppings account through login. Once it is done, you can tap or click on “My Orders” depicted under My Account section, choose the order you want to cancel and click “Cancel”.   

When will I receive refund after I have cancelled my order?

If you have paid using Credit/Debit Cards, Pay Wallets or Net Banking, you will get a refund in to your related bank account within 7-10 working days. No refund, in case you chose the Cash on Delivery payment mode.
